I have being try for more than a week now to contact Wesbank for a product called Smart Cover. I have recently purchased a vehicle that has been financed with Wesbank. This product is advertised on the Wesbank website and is for the repair of minor scratches and dents to a vehicle. It is separate to your normal vehicle insurance. I have called numerous numbers and emailed [Email Removed] and this includes calling FNB insurance but nobody seems to know who deals with this policy. This is not a complaint, but can somebody that deals with this product, please call me.
