Hot or Not. This Company Definately NOT HOT

DJ Viergever, Dederick Venter the senior managers of this company does not have any sense of urgency when sorting out an Irate client.

Since December trying to get a PBX solution installed at our business premises and have only received excuses from DJ. I do understand stock issues, deliveries not taken place etc but what I do not tolerate is lack of communication

I have to call in at least thrice weekly with promises of a phone call which never materialises.

I call Dederick Venter the senior manager in charge of DJ Viergever to lay a complaint only to find out that the PA refused to transfer my call to him. Instead she advised me she will get Dederick Venter to sort out the mess and he will call me.

I later discovered the PA got DJ Viergever to sort out the complaint without getting Dederick Venter involved.

I am so frustrated that I called again to schedule a face to face meeting only to be advised that Dederick Venter does not see clients.

Well if he does not see clients Atlantic will never see another cent from my bank account again.

I have cancelled and URGE all to think twice before signing up.

PS - I will spend thousands in court if they don't cancel all my deals
