Donelle Geyer contacted me for a quote on my new car. After much back and forth, she could not beat my existing price of my insurer. She then said she would need to look at my existing policy and quote on the entire monthly installment. I sent this to her, and still she could not beat the quote. After that, I repeatedly try to get ahold of her, to no avail whch surprised me as she was available at any stage during the quote phase. I then asked if I now qualify to be paid R 400, 00 as per the media advertisement and still, all my emails are now merely ignored. Is this the way you are trying to attract customers?
