I emailed Outsurance in order for them to compare my insurance and see if they can beat it. The lady Natasha called me and said she will work out a quote for me and then send a link to compare my current insurer per item. If they cannot beat my quote their advert claims to pay R400. She could not beat my quote and did not send the link for comparing. I sent 2 requests thereafter but they only send an acknowledgement email and nobody wants to compare my quote as I believe it will cost them R400. The advertising is false as if they cannot beat your insurance they just ignore you.
