I have been with Standard Bank my whole life. I have always used internet banking and avoid as far as I can to go into the local Branch in Hartbeespoort, where my account is held. In all the years I have been living here i have moved 3 times to different addresses. Each time going with my utility bill to change my address and because it is a FICA Requirement to submit utility bills from time to time. Now yesterday I was at the bank to complain that 1) my business credit card expires this month and no replacement card was received, nor have I received any information
2) I received a notification from SB on a e-mail address where I worked 8 years ago! Luckily I know these people and they told me about it!
3) Bank manager dealt with my issue as if I am a mad person and said she is going to report me as I am rude!! However she can not let me complete my sentences!? She manage to change my e-mail address
4) My details at the bank, despite all previous efforts..are still WRONG! So much for FICA verification! SO every time I had to bring in my utility for FICA requirements - they didn't check it???
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SERVICE STANDARD BANK?
