In January this year i have contacted Outsurance for a insurance quote fo comprehensive vehicle and household. They could not beat my current insurance. I was told by the person that assist me that i can sent my existing insurance as i qualify for a payback. after numerous emails requesting feedback nothing happend. I just left it there. Then in this month (may) i have requested quotes again from insurance companies. Outsurance have not been contacted at first but then i saw a TV advert that show s again R400 payback if they cant beat ones existing insrance. so i contacted them again. Same result, they couldnt beat my existing quote. I mentioned the payback to the consultant and was told that i cant use this as i have requested a quote in january of this year. i then told him and forwarded him the emails where i requested feedback. he told me that he wil take it up with his supervisor and get back to me. I then received an email saying that they will be in contact with me. which have not happend so i emailed them again and was now told that i received a payback in 2011 and does not qualify again. i was with a different insurance company in 2011 than the one i am now.
