Outsurance always advertises they will give you R400 if they cannot beat your existing insurance quote, when you request a quote, after spending and waisting 15 minutes on the phone with the call centre, when they cannot better your existing insurance quote then only do they tell you that it's not applicable to existing members. Having been with Outsurance for many years, i will be cancelling my entire portfolio as I feel this has been misleading. This is just a marketing ploy to bring in new business. However if you an existing client what differentiates you from a new client. What incentive do they have for existing customers? Is this how they reward loyalty?
