On Tuesday I phoned Outsurance to get a quote again as I got a quote from them last year Sep/Oct and they couldn't beat mine and paid me R400 as advertised. It's been over 7 months since the last quote and I since bought a new car.
At the beginning of the call to get the quote (I spoke to Mariette) I advised her that I have already been paid out R400 last year Oct when they couldn't beat my current premium and she advised me that it's been over 6 months and their offer stands again. She clearly stated that if they can't beat my quote again they WILL pay me out another R400 due to the time that lapsed since my last quote.
Today I get an e-mail from Hennie Venter stating that I do not qualify for the R400 due to "Only one payment per client".
I will not accept it as I told your call centre agent that I've already claimed and she said it's fine. You guys quoted me for just my two vehicles over R3600, I am currently paying R750 for both, so you need to pay me the R400 as promised.
