PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT PROBLEM

Good day,
I have a personal loan with Capitec. The loan was taken out in November 2012 and until June 2013 I have not missed a payment. I was not able to make payment in June, July or August 2013. Each time I have missed a payment I have agreed to an arrangement on Capitec's terms, whilst knowing full well that I am unable to commit to such arrangements. I have had no choice. My initial request was for the arrear instalments to be worked back into the balance. However, I did not qualify for this arrangement due to my credit exposure. Thus end of August I was meant to have paid R2800 R1800 which I am unable to afford at present. I have indicated that my financial problem is that of a temporary nature and that this should be resolved within the next 2 months. I am able to make payment of the instalment of R2800. I would once again like to make an arrangement to pay the arrears off over more than 3 months if possible or to work this back into the balance. I do not wish for legal action to be taken against me, nor do I wish to resort to debt counselling. The Collections department is unable to assist me any further in this regard. Can anyone lese assist?
