Please remove ABSA loan from bureau

Good day to whom it may concern
I was an Absa Bank customer quite some years and i took out a personal loan with the institution. As fate may have it, i ran into some financial problems and could no longer make payments to the personal loan. i was then informed to make arrangements with the personal loans recovery team and find a way forward regarding that. Unfortunately i was not able to commit to this agreement and failed to make further arrangements due to my situation. I was then informed that my Absa personal loan saga will reflect on the itc as a defualt. i fully accepted this condition as i did sign the dotted line. The time came to make amense my defualt and i paid the full amount outstanding to Absa. Absa told me that they will remove defualt after 24 months, i also accepted this gesture. It has been longer than 2 years since i paid my the ABSA loan how ever it still reflects on the be Bureau. I have made numerous attempts to contact the recoveries call centre for personal loans (0860 729 636) where i spoke to Marcia/Ruth/Nhlanhla and they all gave me wrong numbers to dial .im really trying to sort things out right now in a fair manner, id really hate to approache the Umbuds
