I had two loans with African Bank, whereupon I have settled the one loan a few months before it was due.
Currently I have one loan and wanted to make another loan. The consultant informed me in last week that I have to make three payments for my current loan before I could apply for a second loan. She informed me that I should wait until today 05/08/2013 then I could apply for the second loan. When I phoned this morning another consultant informed me that NO I must wait exactly 90 Days. I feel this is very misleading. I have never missed one installment on my loans and feel that I have been misled.
