I received an sms two months ago requesting me to visit my nearest branch to verify my personal details. I went to the branch with my proof of residence and ID. The Platinum personal banker very efficiently posted all my info onto the system and I left satisfied. After that I was blocked at the ATM 5 times with a message that there is a problem with my account. I contacted the same lady at her office and she went onto the system and opened my account within a few minutes. Later I only phoned her form the ATM and my account was available immediately. My problem is that she now monitors my account every day to see if it is accessible. So when she is out for training my account remains blocked. My problem is that my banking activities are now dependent on one individual which is powerless to correct the system error permanently. I am really tired to repeat the above procedure whenever I want to use the ATM.
