Hi Peter,

i have 3 policies with Old Mutual, then i changed my bank account details... i called them and they told me to go to the nearest branch and i didnt have time. Today i received a call from a very unprofesional lady who updated my banking details over the phone and she told me about my outstanding balance, according to me they didnt deduct in October and November. she said to me my May instalment was not paid, i asked her a question and she couldnt answer me. What i asked her is ok May you didnt deduct but did you guys advise me about that? did you try to contact me? and why June, July, August and September you deducted from my acc and never advised me about the May Instalment. So what i want from OLD MUTUAL is to refund me my money back since i have this policy as i didnt even claim, i will go to Sanlam or Liberty Life PLS!!!
