I was employed by Old Mutual in 2011 August and i fell pregnant then went to maternity leave when i was only 28 weeks pregnant because of medical issues whereby i submitted a medical report from my doctor. then when i came back to work after 3 months, i was struggling a lot due to my operation and my manager didnt want to give me an office based work i still had to drive around whereby i ended up affecting my surgery. then i was advised to take leave without pay which i didnt have a problem with. A month later i realised that i was no longer an employee of old mutual when i received an sms about my pension fund. And now i cant get my pesion fund which i have been contributing for over 1 year because the head office in Cape town expects me to post the forms of requesting for it. why should i post to apply for my own money? why cant i just send an e-mail and them put my money into my account? i want my pension money
