SUFFERING BUT I HAVE MONEY

I DEPOSITED R19000 IN 2012.10.08 AT STANDARDBANK INTO OLD MUTUAL LIFE ACCOUNT NUMBER 070244162 SO EARLY THIS YEAR IN JANUARY I REQUESTED THAT MONEY, FIRST WENT TO OLD MUTUAL IN ALEXANDRA AND WAS ASSISTANT BY A LADY CALLED ANNA SHE TRIED HER BEST TO ASSIST, SHE CALLED OLD MUTUAL IN CAPETOWN ON THE NUMBER 0215099111 AND 0860603500. THEY TOLD US AFTER 7 DAYS THE MONEY WILL BE IN, AFTER THE 7 DAYS WE CHECKED BUT NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. EVERY WEEK WE CALLING AND WE WOULD GET THE SAME STORY TILL TODAY. WE WASTING SO MUCH MONEY ON CALLING THEM EVERYDAY... WE HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES BUT WE DONT GET ASSISTANCE JUST THE SAME STORY EVERYDAY. I WANT MY MONEY DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT WITH EMMEDIATE EFFECT. I DONT WANT ANY 7 DAYS STORIES I'VE HEARD ENOUGH OF THAT. IF I DONT GET MY MONEY IM GOING TO TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS AND MOVING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM SUCH A WELL RESPECTED AND TRUSTEDCOMPANY LIKE OLD MUTUAL. I REGRET THAT I EVER CONSIDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER AND STRESS BUT I HAVE MONEY. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF I AM ASSISTED WITH THIS ASAP.
