I called African Bank at Greenstone to find out if I can come in and process my loan application with them as it is close to my work place and i did nit have time to go to the Festival Mall branch where I normally go to. A very kind and friendly lady called Lerato answered and assured me that she would process my loan and I had to send her my documents by fax and she will start the process. I got tied up in a meeting and was unable to fax go to at the planned time. She called me later and told me she is still waiting and I went to the the bank and had my paperwork processed efficiently and with no hassle.
By the time I had reached home the cash was available in my bank account. Thank you Lerato and African Bank Greenstone Mall. Excellent friendly Service
