How can we help you? Told you but you still dont!

Decided to open our business account at FNB as at the time we thought it was a good idea. Also wanted an Islamic offering.
Opened the account and were given an ebucks card. After much querying we eventually found out we dont qualify for ebucks? Why the card and not told upfront?
We received statements in .csv. All of a sudden this stopped. Queried with the branch and call centre and was told they cant be recreated. We had to manually recreate these statements for 2 months. Told it sorted lets see this cycle what happens?
Have a petrol card. Went to put in petrol yesterday and the card was rejected. Again after spending time in the branch and on the phone found out the card was cancelled. No one knows why. They are not able to reorder a card so had to put in a manual request.
We are trying to run a business here but spend our time running after FNB.
Not impressed and am looking for other Banking options. A bank that cares and can help!
