I have been dealing with one of the most condescending call center agents at the MFC, Elzanne Conradie.
Her incompetence knows no bounds. Just over 3 moths ago I completed a debit order form as per Ms Conradie's request to a date that is convenient for me. This has still not been done, how hard is it really to arrange for a debit order date change? However a debit order was created on my account but to a date that is inconvenient for me. After countless phone calls and emails its still not done and to top it off I am now being charged R57 to change my debit order date because Elzanne Conradie cannot follow a simple instruction. I would like to know how am I liable for a MFC agents mistake?
Just to add to my annoyance my payment for my motor vehicle has not gone off for this month and I had to yet again contact Elzanne Conradie to ask her what is going on, I was told the payment will go off it hasn't. I guess my debit is now cancelled and I am gonna be in default due to Elzanne Conradie's incompetance!
I have contacted MFC yesterday and asked to be referred to someone else who can help but so far no one has bothered to contact me.
