I contacted FNB three weeks back ask them to issue a card to high veld mall because i lost it. Got an SMS to come and collect card and I went to my branch on the 22.07.2013 which is high veld mall. I was informed that my card was deliverd to Hyde park or something. The consultant told me that she will request the card to be deliverd to high veld. I went again on Monday the 29.07 but there was no card after a week of request. I had to make a temporary card which costed me R75.00 because of someone who sents my card to a wrong place. Again Yesterday I got an sms telling me to come and collect my card at Hyde park which I know nothing about. FNB come on how long will it take to get my card without extra costs? Please help.
