Refund on a paid up account

On the 24/01/2013 I deposited R1582.43 to settle my account with Capital Data, the account which they bought from Incredible Connection (Waterfall Mall - Rustenburg). But because I have been paying my instalments through NPDA, at the end of January and February 2013 the monthly distribution went through.
The instalment was R370.90 per month which amount to R 741.80. The letter confirming the account to be closed was sent to me by Lizzie Hlubi.
I have tried to contact them and my debt counsellors did make a claim for a refund till today no response.
When I call they do not pick up the phone.
