On Sunday the 3rd of November 2013 I bought a product from an Internet site that was apparently endorsed by Women's Health magazine. The product was advertised below R300 but once I paid, an amount of R1, 159.86 was deducted from my account. I immediately knew something was wrong and Googled the supplier and the product. I found an article from Women's Health that stated that this product was a and I phoned Nikita. She immediately helped me out by sending me a form to complete to have the transaction reversed and cancelled my cheque card. I have become so complacent about buying things on-line from reputable suppliers (Kulula, DSTV Box Office) that I didn't even realise that I was walking into a trap. Thank you Nikita, for helping me and being so friendly and non-judgemental ;) about it and thank you FNB for assigning such a fantastic premier banker to me!
