Closing ABSA Credit Card is Impossible

Hello Peter.

I have a credit card with ABSA. I'm currently having financial challenges, i have called ABSA several times to get my CC closed. I have been transferred from one agent to the next.

The first time i tried i was on the line for 52 min, with no success at the end. Secondly i was on the line for 32min. Until today no one has tried calling me or explain to me whats going on.

I'm at the point where i want to close all my other accounts i have with ABSA and move to a bank that will be able to help me.
