We signed up an insurance policy with Outsurance but cancelled a day later because we had better elsewhere. Firstly We sent a cancellation request via e-mail. No reply or confirmation of cancellation came from Outsurance. We called them and stopped deduction at the bank. 3 weeks later the contacted me regarding unmet payment. i advised them that the policy is cancelled to my knowledge. Now my problem is they are still attempting debit orders and now that has give Siyoqoba a bad record at the bank and we cant get a business loan because of returned debit orders from Outsurance. Why do they want payment if i requested for the policy to be cancelled within & day. We are even considering a law suit or an Ombudsman with query. They are trying to money from us and We will take this matter further if they pesist.
