Not able to get medical done!!

On 2 August I accepted a life facility quote from Outsurance. Upon acceptance and commencement, the last word from Outsurance was that the nurse would contact me for blood for the medical in the privacy of my home or office, they advised this must be done within 60 days to avoid changes to the policy.By 20th August when a nurse had not contacted me I called Outsurance again who advised that a nurse would contact me soon. I waited, eventually on 27 September (when time was running short), I again contacted Outsurance and asked if I could go to a Medicross and have the blood taken - I was even willing to cover the cost of this myself. I was told that I could go to any facility that had Lancet collections and just needed to take my policy number and ID. Went to Medicross / Lancet Lab was told they could not do this without a form from Outsurance! Called Outsurance at 08h30 was told by Tsogo that she was shocked that I had not been contacted, was going to call the nurse as soon as she put the phone down and would call me back immediately, I am still waiting for the call - tomorrow my policy changes through no fault of mine, but empty promises of a nurse that never calls!
