Absa internet banking log- on problem

I have not been able to log on to the ABSA banking app for the past week now, i went to the Sandton Absa branch so that they could reset my password and the lady helping me said that she has reset the password, but i still cant log on as it saya the credentials i have entered are incorrect.

Can i please have this sorted out ASAP as i need to pay my acounts!!
