I have tried to do a emergency banking payment and ABSA decides that this isa good time to block my account... I am so angry with you guys, i then phone the call centre and wait for 10 min to get through to a operator does no one work??? eventually when i get through i get told "oh um you need to go to your branch and reset your password because i used the incorrect pin, i have had the same pin for SOOOOO many years do you honestly think i am going to enter it wrong??? " First of all i work and i cant just get to a bank and second of all if you got all my details why cant you just reset the password.. Ive deceided im going to close my accounts with ABSA and go to another bank where they can provide me with better service!!!
