I went into the Cresta branch last month and explained the mistake that I had made on my internet banking. The lady that helped me called a telephone consultant and I explained to her as well. She said she under stood and would log it and gave me a ref number. It is now a month later and e-mails every week where all that is happened is that I am ignored. It is this kind of you attitude that has made people chance banks. My husband has already started moving away from you and if this issue is not resolved I will be following in his foot steps shortly, But I am guessing that you have no problem of loosing a client of nearly 12 years.
