We have 2 bond accounts with Absa:
On the first, we changed the date of the debit order on:
22 August 2013 11:00 - Nontsikelelo
02 October 2013 11:00 - Pindi
21 October 2013 11:50 - Steve
The debit order has been incorrectly passed om Sept & October
Case has been logged ref: 257 6075
We have received no response on this case as of yet. Yet we have received letters from Absa regarding the refusal of payment on the incorrectly issued debit orders

We have logged various requests with our bussiness banker, action absa line, and customer complaints, but as of date no response as to:
Why this is happening?
The reversal of any unpaid debit order fees charges?
The removal of the negative effect this has on our company name?
