On the 2nd of November they deducted R1102.61 on my bank account without my consent, to my surprised I called them to find out what's going on i spoke to different people all couldn't explain what was going on they ended up saying I must phone the following day. I kept calling until they put me through to someone who they said is a Team Leader, he then asked me: do I know Mudzuli Mukevho for whom is my friend I said yes he then said my account was deducted to pay her credit card I was so shocked. He then said I must go to my branch to get the proof because I wanted to prove it, of which I did the next weekend when I got to the Branch they just said the call center guys were not supposed to send me here because we are going to give you the phone and phone them again to follow up with them there is nothing they can do to help me. They told me it was a misunderstanding the person I spoke to on the phone was not supposed to tell me who debited my account, what really happened was Standard bank had a credit card campaign Brownwyn is the guy who did it then my friend went to join for credit card so apparently was supposed to feel
