Essential med not giving my money back

I applied by essential med on their highest plan "Boost comprehensive" not stating anything that its a 1 doctor medical scheme, so September i was only able to get my day to day benefits (30 day waiting period for that) and paying it, not using it, late October i got sick and went to the doctor giving them my medical aid card the lady said we cant help you as you have a 1 doctor plan and i didnt understand what they meant i then done some research and found out there is a registered doctor in "SOME" areas and my doctor isnt one so very unhappy with essential med i phoned and asked, the woman explained so still unhappy as it didnt state when i done the application whatsoever i sent an email on the 22nd of november for cancellation as i am paying for something i cant use basically so i got my cancellation form and the bank could only reverse one month i had to phone essential med to give me a letter to reverse the other debit orders but they said "I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK" even though i paid for the last couple of months. I just think this is unaceptable i want my money it isnt worth wasting it on this medical scheme for only 1 doctor!!!
