VIRSEKER INSURANCE ARE PATHETIC

We, my husband and I and two friends were in Uvongo on holiday. On Friday, 1 November 2013, I called Virseker Insurance at 0860 102816 and asked them who we need to contact if we need assistance while travelling back to Nelspruit. The person gave me the following number, 0860 090812 and assure me that they have 24/7 assistance. On sunday, 3 November 2013, we start our journey back to Nelspruit. Between Howick and Mooirivier our car broke down. I phoned the Emergency number that I was given on friday, 0860 090812, at 11h00 from my cell phone 082 8026954.There are about 6 options, we tried every single option, NO ANSWER. Between 11h00 and 13h00 I tried 28 times. My last call was on 12h53. In the mean time my friends also tried to get hold of Virseker. We asked our children from Pretoria and Nelspruit too, to help us get hold of Virseker. We were 4 elderly people between 54 and 73 years of age. At about 13H30 a samarathan stopped and helped us phone a towing company in Howick.By then our children from Pretoria got hold of Roadside Assistance cell no 0860 104210 and they assist us further. WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY HELP FROM OUR INSURANCE COMPANY, VIRSEKER. THEY ARE PATHETIC!!!
