HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 12 Oct I went to transfer money from my account to close my husbands account. First I waited 2 hours to be helped then I was send to the teller. Here this consultant don't want to link the accounts as he said its gonna take to long so he withdraw. FAILED to inform me they gonna charge me extra for this. Now I see they deducted the handling fee from my account without my premission. Then the consultant blame me for my signature is on one side as I was standing there and sign both sides. I am so sick of FNB services. I just phoned the enquiries center. Here the guy said I need to phone the complain centre. So guess what they not even open today... First they want my hubby to pay R400 additional to close his card and now almost R600 for candling the money. It cost me R1000 just to close the account with FNB. its more like being with them than pleasure.
