On Saturday i phoned the call center 0860008600 and spoke to Cindy Pretorius ask her for a settle amount on my credit card because i want to close it she told me that she can not give it to me over the phone. She said i must go into the bank to do it. I ask her if i go now to the bank i can close the account and she said yes. I said to her ok i will go and if they can not do it they will phone you and you will explain.
Get to the bank i can not close account only monday to friday i said ok phone cindy they tried suddenly there are no cindy to found so yes i think now i will charge you for cost standing for 45 min in a line and waiting 37 min to try to find the lost cindy and as i explain i work form 6 to 4 so yes when must i going now again.
