Worst mistake changing from Outsurance to iWyze

I was insured with Outsurance & never had issues til my bank FNB called me to offer me insurance which was half what I was paying at Outsurance & benefit of earning eBucks. Worst mistake I've ever made. This insurance is from iWyze, I'd never heard of them before but I can tell you that they have given me the worst service any company has ever given me in the world.

I was panicking when they didn't debit on the agreed date, I must have called them 5 times to get them to debit & all the people I spoke to were always clueless and didn't know why or anything. When they eventually did debit they took R560 instead of R360, when I called to find out why they had apperantly forgot to tell me about some initial fee.

But that was all the least of my worries, I then went away for a long weekend and got my place broken into. After 3 long weeks of waiting they refused to pay claiming I didnt give them enough info from my previous insurer (which I did). Then they cancelled my policy and said they will refund my premiums, that also took a month of me calling and emailing them. They they paid back one premium instead of the two they took and again no one knows why. Such horrible service:(
