FNB Balance Transfer False Advertising!

I took up the FNB Balance Transfer option a few months ago. The campaign promised that should you do a balance transfer of over R10 000 to FNB on your credit card, you will receive R100 back p.m discount on your smart device. Alternatively if you also set your credit card for an auto payment solution, you will receive R50p.m back. I have done both. To date I am getting messed around by their call centres and finally when one of their consultants - Refilwe is trying to help, her Senior or whatever is coming up with various different reasons as to why they cannot do this. One of them being that the auto payment solution is not loaded onto my account, yet it is and my account is automatically debited monthly. The other is that the account that was paid by FNB was supposed to be closed, yet nowhere in their advertising nor document that's filled in for the balance transfer - does it state that! This in my opinion is false advertising! I am a Platinum account holder at FNB but am fed up of being given the run around and am ready to close my accounts and leave FNB immediately because of their false advertising and refusal to give the customer whats due to them!
