My Vehicle was written off in an accident 8 weeks ago. Claim was paid by insurers on 19 September directly to MFC with a shortfall of - R1200 for which I had top up insurance with REGENT. This was noted on my contract with MFC (confirmed by Theresa) Last week my account was still showing settlement figures of - R3500.I tried in vain for hours to get through to someone to address my problem. After two days and lots of arguing I was given Lidia Gouws's number who after discussions with me and looking at my account details said this account was finalised on the 19th of September already. Now at the end of October a full payment of R5330 is debited from my personal account!! and low and behold I cannot get through to any of these contacts.
This issue has now my budget and is causing me financial hardship, and no one at MFC seems even a little interested in resolving this issue!!
