Hi, i have been trying to to add a beneficiary and do a payment and the standard bank app doesn't work the online version goes off line. it doesn't allow me to this payment. its the end of the month now and i have been trying for 2 days now with no luck. can you not get competent IT professionals to sort out your online and app functions and stop the down time. its making life a pain to have to go into a bank to do a payment.
i activated my sms notification for when i swipe my card anywhere and it has stopped working once again. the last 6 months with standard bank has really made me wonder what service i am paying for every month.
