Home Loan Deduction

This month ABSA home loans deducted my bond payment twice. I have spoken to them on this matter and was told it would take 48 hours to be resolved. We are now on 96 hours. I phoned them again this morning and was told I must please wait for 5 working days. I then tried the customer complaint line and was told they are off line and cannot assist me. This is a second act on their part this year. The first was in May this year when ABSA for some inexplicable reason froze my accounts whilst I was on holiday in the USA. The reason was that I needed to FICA my accounts. Again nobody in ABSA could tell me why this happened. Apparently nobody knew about the accounts being frozen. Can somebody please tell me is ABSA has now decided to borrow money from me and can I then ask interest on the amount borrowed?
