I just checked my accout statement and to my annoyance there are three "HonFee" charges of 2 amounts I processed when I had money my accout and one which is a debit order. It is not my mistake that the sms notification, that I pay for, didn't go through thus don't see why I have to penalised for it. Please fix this or you're about to lose a client that has been happy until this point.
