I took my son and his cousin to macdonalds, for a happy meal on monday 1April. when I paid, my card kept declining, meanwhile oney is been taken from my accout, my card was swiped 4 times, and when I realised this form my sms bank notification, I arleted them, which they refuse to refund me without a bank statement! I have to now, go to the bank at lunch request a bank statement, and then go back to Macdonlads, which in Kempton park i work in Joburg town!!! im not happy about this, I have phoned the manager several times, which again keeps sending me to the bank!! I want a FULL refund, i have to now borrow money to get to work because MACDONALDS refuses to refund???
