I phoned Miway to get a better offer on the monthly premium in July, and was given the best service as the Sales agent went all out to match or pay less premium from the previous insurance company I had
we agreed that i will pay - R890 per month, which i was happy with as i was told that if i put a tracker i will pay even less, of which i did

a week later i got an email and my licence date was captured a year earlier that the correct year, when i corrected the info, my premium went up by R150 with no reduction as i have installed the tracking device which I was told my premium will be low
I immediately logged a query to pull up the call recording as it was the sales agent that captured the incorrect info

i only got feedback last week when i phoned
i was advised that there is nothing they can do but to cancel my policy and refund me the money already taken and no further debit order will go through

Today I got an sms alert from my bank that miway has debited me the amount i have been disputing for 3 weeks now and my policy is cancelled
question is
way bill me when they have unconvinced me and decided to cancel my policy as there is nothing they can do for me.
