First For Women Insurance

I recently moved my insurance to first for woman and on the telephone when the consultant sold the package to me I told him that my tracking unit in my car was installed by the previous insurance company and they need to take it over. I explicitly told the sales person that I do not want to pay insurance and the tracking unit and that they need to work it into my monthly premium and they need to pay it. The sales person agreed and now today I received a call from the tracking company telling me that I did not pay my monthly premium. This is unacceptable as this would make my monthly premium the same as the previous insurance company and would mean they did not make anything better as sold to me.
