THRID PARTY CLAIM MISERY

I was involved in an accident on the 20/06 with Mrs Van Rensburg, who is insured through Mutual and Federal. She was at fault, by turning in front of my vehicle... she admitted liability as well. On the 21/06, she called M&F informing them about my third party claim. On the 24/06, I called to find out the status of my claim. As requested by M&F, on the 10/07, I sent through all the necessary docs. After numerous calls over the next few days to M&F, I was always told that the assessor isn't in the area. The assessor finally went out on the 16/07 to Beato Panlebeaters to assess the damages. The original quote from Beato was R34324.66 for the repairs. BS Auto Assessors reviewed the damages to R23374.65 to which Beato agreed to do the work.
On the 25/07, I call M&F to get the go-ahead, & I am told that I will only get R17861.00 from M&F.
So now what do I do? the accident was their clients fault! I am a pensioner! Where do I get almost R6000 to pay for my repairs??? It is now well over a month & I don't even have a car! NIGHTMARE! MISERY!
