I claimed for small dent and scratches, I was given two penal beater authorised by them in my area, I went to the first one and made quotation, and the second one was no where to be found on the address they gave me, telephone numbers given to me was no longer working, I email the only quotation I have, no respond for a week, when I call them, I was informed that my quotation has been rejected, I complaint that I made only one quotation and I need to make the other one, I was given two addresses of the one which I have already done and the other one that is 40 km from where I stay, as they sent them with the smss, I have to call again and get another, I spoke to three people in each calls I made and I was at the end given existing addresses of the Penal beaters, I made quotations and sent it through with an email, another week, no respond, I call again and I was informed that my quotations was not complete as thinks that they wanted to be on the quotations were not there, to make quotation higher and be rejected.why it has to cost me so much in petrol and telephone bills to claim, and now the penal beater want to keep my car for 10 days to solve minor scratches, once you`ve paid them.
