Incompetence and negligence

I have submitted two surplus application forms and i have called their offices numerous times the only document on their system is a copy of my ID, they told me that i have to go in again and complete another application form for the 3rd time, What is happening to all the other application forms that were submitted by me, i am unemployed and i need my money.
