Tired of call centers with Incompetent Peggy's

I left my Company a year and 3 months ago i have not received my Provident or Surplus fund till this day. I don't have money for calls to a call center and hols for hours. i have to ask family members and friends to call from their work for me just find out how far the process is with my funds. And when I've called there has always been documents outstanding like an ID document or the application. All my information was submitted by the company itself. My colleagues whom also left the company received their funds in 6 months why am i still waiting? Why has no consultant call to say we need certain docs? I am still unemployed and would've like to start a small business with the money. Today i called and spoke to 3 consultants and i they could tell me was "they can see my details is on the system". Then i spoke to Peggy who is handling the application and all she said was "i am busy with it" When i asked Peggy when she received it she said "last year" and only working on it NOW!!! Please tell me why Is SUCH AN INCOMPETENT PERSON EVEN WORKING? THERE IS UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WHO CAN DO A BETTER JOB. Why does SA have the highest unemployment rate in the world. Because we have Peggy's
