I just received a call to say that effective immediately the Homeright policy that I have will not be offered any longer.
When enquiring about the debit order, i was told it would still go off, and that I need to call them back and request that it be reversed.
This is unacceptable and a rip off that a policy gets cancelled by the company and money still taken, and clients are expected to call and try and get their money back.
