I had taken a Legal policy with Avinesh of Legal & Tax Services recently. I was told that the first Debit will be an amount of R146 including Admin fee thereafter it will be R97 per month. After the first debit I was due to get my policy documents. After being debited twice i.e. 01/10/2013 - R146.00 and 01/11/2013 - R97, I have not received my Policy documents to date either via post or email. I called Avinesh to inform him of this, either at the end of w/c 11/11/2013 or on the 18/11/2013. He said he wasn't at the office and would call me back when he got to the office with regards to Policy being sent to me. To date, I have not received any feedback nor have I received my Policy. I want this Policy CANCELLED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and I want my debits to be refunded immediately! This service is pathetic! Makes me wonder, when I actually do need to make use of their services, what kind of assistance / service I would receive, if any at all! PLEASE CANCEL THIS POLICY AND REFUND ME ASAP!
