The supplier cancelled my insurance policy without my authorisation and now they are trying to re-instate it and yet i have not heard from them if it has been done or not. I received a call that an amount of approximate R300 will be deducted from my account for the re-instatement they took my banking details but I rather received 2 sms' that the account was invalid and when I checked my account I have noticed that R56.00 went off... now how do one understand this. I am still waiting for Tshepo to call me back about th rei-nstatement of the policy. It has been two weeks since Tshepo promised to call me back.
