POLICY CANCELLATION

After holding the line for at least 20mins in 3 attempts trying to cancel my policy date of my calls 02/05/2013 Spoken to Simphiwe who assured me that my policy has been cancelled, yet 31/05/2013 debit order goes off. Placed another call on the 01/08/2013 sopke to Yvonne who again verifies my previos call and assures me that this time time around the policy will be cancelled, and that does not happen 37/08/2013 debit order goes off. Then again on the 05/09/2013 i spoke to Nadine who re-assures me that the policy has been cancelled i can expect my refund for the previously incorrect debit orders within 24hrs. Turn around time has lapsed NO REFUND policy still active. What is it exactly that one must do to get the thing cancelled maybe one should just close their account.
